Booking Terms and Conditions

Introduction

By booking with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your booking.

Booking and Payment

Booking Process: All bookings must be made via our official platform.

Payment Methods: We accept credit and debit cards.

Currency: Payments are processed in AED.

Payment Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once payment is complete.

Booking Confirmation

Your confirmation email serves as proof of booking and should be kept for reference.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer: Cancel up to 24 hours before the service for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded, but rescheduling or transferring the booking is allowed.

Refunds: Refunds only in applicable ciscusmtances will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

No Show or Late Arrival: No refund for missed or late bookings.

Cancellation by Us: If we can't provide the service, an alternative date will be offered.

Cancellation Due to Inclement Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances

Modifications to Bookings

Changes: Requests to modify bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance. We cannot guarantee availability.

Additional Charges: Any changes to the original agreement may incur additional charges. These charges can include, but are not limited to, damage to equipment, extra service hours, or other unforeseen circumstances. All additional costs will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before processing any changes

Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Force Majeure:  We are not responsible for any failure to perform due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or strikes.

Personal Information

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dubai laws, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
